With our in depth knowledge and know how technology,
our R&D division has created this authentic 3D
Seasoning that will eliminate all those shortcomings
that comes along when using the Syrup Coating Application method.
With such new break through, we are able to diversify the usage
not only for snacks but also on biscuit application as well.

Syrup coating;
• 3D seasoning is suitable for all type of
snacks base which includes biscuits. Previously, all syrup coated
snacks products are mainly sweet in profile. With our newly develop
3D Seasoning, all
different varieties of seasonings include savory taste that cannot
be done using the conventional Syrup Coating application method.
• Traditionally Syrup Coating was also unable
to perform on any Fried products since water and oil will create
great resistance. Such limitation is now overcome using our 3D
Seasoning, which can be applied on both Fried
and Roasted products.
• Reducing the level of sweetness in the finishing
product as compare to Syrup coating can now be achieved by using
our 3D seasoning, definitely towards
much healthier snacks!!
• Due to less sugar used, it greatly reduces
the viscosity and hydroscopic of finished product. The consumer
can now enjoy the snacks without having much of sticky finger
whilst the manufacturer will benefits from longer shelf life for
their products due to better heat resistance.
